Easy Mexican Taco Dip

This dip is super easy and yummy to eat! At a party, this is the dip that everyone wants the recipe for. Scoop up with a tortilla chip or spread onto a soft tortilla, roll, and serve as Mexican pinwheels. You can also spice it up by adding more taco seasoning or a dash of your favorite hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 (24 oz) Breakstone’s Sour Cream 

  • 2 Harris Teeter Taco Seasoning Packets 

  • 1 package (8 oz) – Kraft Mexican Shredded Cheddar Cheese 

  • 2 (14.5 oz) – Rotel diced tomatoes with diced green chilis

  • 1 (8 oz) Mario Sliced Black Olives

  • Tostitos Scoops and/or La Tortilla Flour Tortillas 

Preparation & Serving Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix together

    • 16 (oz) Breakstone Sour Cream

    • 1 packet HT Original Taco Seasoning

    • 10 (oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes

    • ¾ of the Kraft Shredded Mexican Shredded Cheese

  2. Mix well, then sprinkle the remaining cheese and sliced olives on top

  3. Serve with Pacifico Beer – it’s the perfect complement to the dip

Creamy, crave-worthy, and ready in minutes, this spinach dip is your new go-to for any gathering! It’s rich, cool, and packed with flavor, making it perfect for dipping or spreading.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) package Birds Eye Frozen Chopped Spinach

  • 3 (8 oz) blocks of Philly Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 (11.5 oz) squeeze bottle Kraft Real Mayo

  • 1 (16 oz) container Breakstone’s Sour Cream

  • 2 (6 oz) packages Kraft Shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 On the Border Tortilla Chips & Lays Classic Potato Chips

  • 3 teaspoons HT garlic salt

Preparation & Serving Instructions

  1. Thaw and Drain Spinach: Thaw the frozen spinach completely. The most important step is to squeeze out as much water as possible. Use your hands or a clean kitchen towel.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine and mix with a spoon until smooth

    • softened cream cheese

    • mayonnaise

    • sour cream

  3. Add Remaining Ingredients and mix until everything is well combined

    • squeezed- dry spinach,

    • Mexican Cheese

    • garlic salt

  4. Serve with chips and Bell’s Hearted IPA 12pk Variety Cans

Cherry Pie Dip

All the nostalgic flavor of classic cherry pie and no oven required! This sweet and simple dip brings the taste of summer to any table, with layers of creamy goodness and bright cherry topping.

Ingredients

  • 3 (21 oz) can HT cherry pie filling

  • 3 (8 oz) blocks of HT Philly Cream Cheese

  • 2 (16 oz) container Cool Whip

  • 2 (5.3 oz) cup Chobani Plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 can HT sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 boxes HT Graham Crackers for serving

Preparation & Serving Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese & whipped topping (will make for easy mixing)

  2. Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk into until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt and Cool Whip until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can deflate the whipped topping

  4. Fold in the cherry pie filling, being careful not to break up the cherries too much. You want to distribute the cherries evenly throughout the dip.

  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the cooler for at least 30 minutes. 

  6. Serve with Chloe Pinot Grigio or Imagery Cabernet Sauvignon.

  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
